3 THINGS YOU'RE NOT DOING TO REACH YOUR GOAL

Some people enjoy swimming while others enjoy running. While certain people want to practice yoga everyday others want to practice their sport. Many people hope to play with their kids and grandkids when they're older, and others want to get through a whole work day without pain bothering them. The point is that everybody has a different thing that gets them hyped up like a kid on sugar. However, when someone is unable to do those things that bring them joy it can be sadder than puppies in the pound.


So here is some great news. Regardless of who you are, where you are, and what you’re capable of doing today, there are 3 things you are not doing that will help you achieve anything you want.



Now for the purposes of this post we are not going to discuss things outside the realm of our physical bodies. Meditation, eating proper foods for your body, healthy lifestyle, and healthy relationships are all staples in achieving any goal, and those things are for discussion another time. The three things we are talking about today are:


  1. Breathing to improve posture

  2. Training to make your joints bulletproof

  3. Following a holistic training program


Never heard of some of these things? Maybe you don’t understand what I’m talking about.
