TRAIN WITH ME
Great! You want to train with me, now what?
1. First, we have a phone call and get to know one another.
We will discuss your background & specific goals/needs.
2. Next, we will schedule an assessment which will include a breakdown of bio mechanical, nutritional, and lifestyle habits.
3. Then, with my findings, I will develop and roll out your individualized program. Sessions may consist of treatment & rehabilitation or training & performance, or a combination
of both depending on client needs.
Note: Hands on treatment applies only to in-person sessions.
